Privacy notice
This notice covers the Disclose IQ website. It says what the site sets on your device, what its server records, and what happens to an email you send us.
What the site sets on your device
The website sets no cookies. It has no forms, no sign-in and no account, so there is nothing for it to ask you for.
It loads nothing from other sites: its pages, scripts, styles and fonts all come from the same address as the page you are reading. It has no analytics or advertising tools.
What the server records
To keep the site running and to find faults, the server writes one line for each request. The line holds the time, the page path, the response status, how long the response took and a reference number. It does not hold your IP address, any text after a question mark in a page address, or anything your browser sends about you.
When a page fails, the error page shows the reference number so you can quote it to us, and the line for that request carries a short description of the fault.
Our hosting provider also processes connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages to you and to protect the service. That processing is the provider's, under its own terms.
What happens to an email you send
The buttons on the contact page open a message in your own mail program, addressed to sales@disclosiq.com. Nothing is sent from this website. If you send the message, it is handled in that mailbox, and we use it to reply to you.
